We are private landlords and we aim to make the process of renting from us as easy as possible. All our properties are maintained to a high standard and we manage them ourselves. We understand that this is your home and will try to ensure you are happy there.

Do you allow pets?

As a rule we don’t allow pets but this can be negotiated in the house and apartment rentals (sorry, pets are non-negotiable for the room rentals due to being in a shared house).

Are all properties non-smoking?

Yes.

​

Who looks after the deposit?

Your deposit is safely kept in the DPS protection scheme and all tenancy agreements are done by an agent.

How much is the deposit?

One month's rent. This will be refunded at the end of your contract subject to t&c's.

​

What are the agent's fees?

We undertake viewings ourselves and cover the cost of the contract so there are no agent fees for you to pay.

How much are bills?

This depends on which type of property you are renting. If renting a room, all bills are included in your monthly rent. If renting a house or apartment, you will be responsible for paying household bills (incl. council tax) which will vary from property to property.

Do I need references?

These are always helpful but do contact us if you have any concerns.
